Starslush Slurper Scooper Win Prizes Every Day
These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the T&Cs and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the T&Cs. Please retain a copy for your information.

2. THE PRIZE DRAW
The title of the prize draw is: The Slurpers Vs Scoopers, vote on how you consume your slush – are you a Scooper or a Slurper?
2.2 Prize Draw Mechanic
Except in Northern Ireland, for every individual entry to the prize draw you must purchase a Slurper Scooper promotional cup. On this cup there is a QR Code which must be scanned with a mobile device. This will lead an entrant to the slurper scooper website, on which they must enter their full name and email address in order to verify their identity. Entrants will then be asked to submit a vote on whether they ‘scoop’ or ‘slurp’ their slush to consume it using the paper spoon straw. Once an entrant has submitted their vote, they can then check whether they have won a prize by making their way through to the end of the website. If you are a consumer who resides in Northern Ireland, please find details of how to enter in clause 3 below.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Except in Northern Ireland, to validly submit an entry, entrants must purchase a promotional Starslush cup and then scan the QR code on the cup with their mobile device to visit the promotional website. Entrants that reside in Northern Ireland can enter without purchase, by scanning the QR code that can be found on promotional material in the venue; you may ask the venue staff if you are unable to locate this promotional material. Once arriving at the website, entrants must enter their full name and email address. Entrants will then be asked to submit a vote in the Slurper or Scooper poll. There is a limit of one (1) vote per entrant, per day during the promotional period and each vote will give the entrant one (1) chance to win. One (1) prize has been randomly assigned to each day in the promotional period and once this prize has been won by an entrant, all subsequent entries in that same day will not be able to win a prize. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement. Entrants will then be notified on the website if they are a winner. Winners of digital prizes will be emailed the details of how to redeem their prize. Winners of physical prizes will be contacted via email to confirm their full name and postage address for fulfilment of the prize. Winners of physical prizes must respond to this email within fourteen (14) days in order to be subsequently sent their prize by post. If a response is not received within this time-period, the prize will be forfeited. All information will be destroyed within one (1) month after the promotion has ended. By entering the Promotion, entrants hereby warrant that all entry details submitted are true, current and complete. An Entrants’ information will only be captured in order to execute the promotion. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if an entrant is unable to take up the prize or for any entries or for any communications which are not received.
3.1 Promotional Period
The opening date is 00:01am GMT on 12/04/2021 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59pm GMT on 31/12/2021. All entries received after the closing date will be automatically disqualified.
3.2 Invalid Entries
The promoter takes no responsibility for any entry that is lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. The promoter takes no responsibility if the website cannot be accessed from a device. The promoter will not accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.
3.3 T&Cs Agreement
By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these T&Cs. All entry instructions form part of these T&Cs.
3.4 Personal Information
If you object to any or all of your name, and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the promoter on SlurpersVsScoopers@starslush.co.uk. In such circumstances, the promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The prize draw is only open to all residents in the UK and Germany, except:
(a) any person under the age of eighteen (18);
(b) employees of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(c) employees of agents or suppliers of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration;
(d) members of the immediate families or households of (b) and (c) above.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the T&Cs. The promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age. The promoter may require you to provide proof of purchase and that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
The promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) photocopies and not originals; or
An entrant can win a maximum of three (3) times during the promotional period.
3.6 Undesirable conduct
The promoter reserves all rights to disqualify an entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
4. THE PRIZES
The prizes include: 166 x £10/€10 Amazon Vouchers, 40 x £20/€20 Amazon Vouchers, 20 x £50/€50 Amazon Vouchers, 30 x Bluetooth speakers and 8 x Beats Headphones. Amazon vouchers will be emailed to winners and the Bluetooth speakers and Beats headphones will be sent to winners’ postal addresses on receipt of email confirmation. Prizes are subject to availability. No cash alternative is available, prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

4.2 Prize Allocation
The prize system is set up to randomly distribute prizes proportionally over the promotional period, with a prize available to win every day of this period. Prizes vary dependent on the day. Due to the random nature of the mechanism for selecting a winner, a winner may not be selected every day throughout the promotional period.
4.3 Winner Selection
Upon entry, a random number generator will assign the entrant a number between 0 and 100. If the assigned number is less than or equal to 15, the entrant will win the prize allocated to that day. Once the prize has been won, all subsequent entries for that day will not be able to win a prize.
The promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practical after the announcement date, via the email address provided with the prize draw entry. The promoter will not amend any contact information once the prize draw entry form has been submitted.
For physical prizes, the promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner to confirm their full name, email address and postal address, which the entrant must provide within fourteen (14) days via email response. If this information is not received within fourteen (14) days, the prize will be forfeited. Given that the required information is provided, the winner will then be posted their prize.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. An entrant’s statutory rights are not affected.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except in Germany where applicable national laws shall apply. Any claims and/or disputes arising out or in connection with these T&Cs shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.
