Leading UK soft drink supplier, Vimto Out of Home, is bringing its iconic SLUSH PUPPiE frozen drink to SIAL, as it looks for new partners to expand the brand across Europe.
The newest addition to the Vimto Out of Home family, SLUSH PUPPiE, will be on show for the duration of the five-day show in Paris.
Since acquiring the rights to the brand in the UK, Ireland and Europe last year, Vimto Out of Home has unveiled plans to reinvigorate the brand and introduce it to a new generation of consumers. It has combined extensive consumer research with its own category expertise to define the future growth strategy, including a design refresh for the Pup, which visitors to the stand will be able to see, at the same time as taste testing all four refreshing flavours: BLUE RASPBERRiE, STRAWBERRiE, ViMTO, and WATERMELON.
All variants are made with 100% natural ingredients, added vitamin C, and are gluten-free and suitable for vegans. A new range of striking PoS will also be on show, including digital screens, strut cards, posters and banners, recyclable cups and paper straws, alongside the brand’s sales-boosting Double-Bubble re-usable vessel, leading to strong stand-out.

SLUSH PUPPiE joins other leading frozen brands in the Vimto Out of Home portfolio, including the world’s number one frozen beverage brand, ICEE which can be found chilling across some of the UK’s biggest cinema chains and theme parks, and customer-favourite Starslush – which is stocked in over 5,500 outlets, across the UK’s biggest leisure attractions.
Vimto Out of Home signed a deal with SLUSH PUPPiE’s US owner J&J Snack Foods Corp last year. The long-term agreement gives the company, part of Nichols plc, the rights to manufacture, manage, distribute, and sell the SLUSH PUPPiE brand across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
