Frequently Asked Questions.

Drinks are pouring warm
Check the main power supply to the refrigerator and cooler is switched on. Ensure that nothing is obstructing the gill plates and they are clear of build-up and dust.

Drinks pouring syrup only – no water
- Check the water to your dispenser equipment is switched on. You may need to open the water stop cock
- Check the C02 cylinder valve is set to open.
- Restart the cooler/carbonator by turning them off and then on again.

Drinks are pouring water only- no syrup.
- Ensure that the Bag-in-box connected to the line contains product. If the bag is empty, then replace with a fresh box of the same flavour
- Check all lines are free from any kinks and obstructions.
- Faulty change-over valve (where fitted)- Manually switch change-over valve to full Bag-In-Box
- Check the C02 cylinder valve is set to open.
- Check the content gauge on your C02 supply. If it is empty you will need to change the cylinder

The drink tastes ‘off’
Clean the dispenser nozzle/diffuser by following the hygiene guide here.
Check the correct flavour bag-in-box is connected to the syrup line, ensuring the value is open.

Drinks are pouring flat (low carbonation)
- Check the valve on the C02 cylinder is set to open.
- Check the content gauge on your C02 supply. If it is empty you will need to change the
cylinder - If the drinks are warm – check the power supply to the Refrigerator is turned on. Ensure that
nothing is obstructing the gill plates and they are clear of build-up and dust.
